“I appreciate my nails were a bit of a mess so Lisa had to deal with that as part of the prep. I was so disappointed that the BIAB chipped after only 4 days though whilst I was on route for my holiday. I emailed them twice to let them know as they will apparently do a repair treatment within 10 days but no one bothered responding. When I called they were really grumpy and resistant to make an appointment for me - apparently they only book repairs during off peak times.”
